The SECURE Act of 2020 made vast changes to how retirement assets can be passed to your non-spousal beneficiaries (including your children). The IRS is still issuing regulations as late as March 2022 on how it interprets and will implement the Act. We will review the latest and how this may affect how you choose to plan to leave these assets to your loved ones.
